This website is run by Bakewell & Horner Estate Agents, the selling agent for Mayflower Court. Bakewell & Horner is the data controller for the information you provide here.

What we collect

When you register your interest we collect your name, email address, phone number, address and postcode. We also record which apartment you are interested in, if you choose one.

How we use it

We use your details to send you updates about Mayflower Court, including early release information, off-plan opportunities, floor plans, pricing and the brochure. We may also call you about the development. We will not sell your details.

Where it is stored

Your details are stored securely using Airtable, which acts as our data processor.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until the development is sold, or until you ask us to stop contacting you, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time, and ask us to see, correct or delete your information. Contact Bakewell & Horner via bakewellandhorner.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
